Role Overview

As a CEO Liaison Intern, you will work directly with our CEO to support high-priority projects, including the Animal Kingdom Group initiatives, as well as broader strategic ventures. This is a unique, hands-on internship offering direct exposure to investor relations, partner communications, and top-level project coordination. You will act as a bridge between the CEO and key stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication, timely follow-ups, and efficient execution of ongoing projects.

The role will be a mix of remote work and in-person engagement. At times, you will travel with the CEO to group meetings, events, and presentations, representing the organisation alongside senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the CEO in coordinating and tracking progress on multiple projects, with a focus on Animal Kingdom Group activities.

• Liaise with investors, partners, and other stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.

• Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, and project update reports for the CEO.

• Conduct research and compile data for investor and partner meetings.

• Assist in preparing and delivering presentations during meetings and events.

• Travel with the CEO to select group meetings, conferences, and partner visits when required.

• Attend in-person meetings and planning sessions with the CEO as needed.

• Help organise timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure projects stay on track.

Requirements
