When we take a brand on, the regions, services and commercial terms are agreed in a written representation agreement. Our standard terms include price integrity: you hold your RRP and do not undercut the retailers who stock you.
Any regional exclusivity is set out in the same agreement. Use of the website is covered by our Terms of Service.
