Since Clean Otter works with multiple brands and fulfilment locations, your order may be shipped directly from the brand or our distribution partners or from our warehouse. In some cases, your order may arrive in separate packages. Tracking details will be provided for each shipment once dispatched. .
IS IT EASY TO RETURN AN ITEM IF NEEDED?
You may return your product within 30 days, provided it is unopened and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are only accepted under limited conditions (e.g., if a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect). WHAT IF I WANT TO ORDER MULTIPLE BRANDS IN ONE ORDER?
You can absolutely place orders containing products from multiple brands. Depending on brand warehouse locations, your items may ship separately, but you will always receive full tracking information for each shipment.
